User training videos

This series of user training videos is for CIS Admin Editors. They demonstrate the main administrative functions in CIS, such as workflow approval, user management and graduate attributes. They do not replace but complement the online documentation.

A separate series of user training videos introducing CIS and demonstrating basic functions in Subject Outlines is also available.

1. This video (Updating Faculty Data) shows you where to update faculty data stored in the Course Information (orange tab) component of CIS, which feeds to the handbook, subject outline PDFs and other publications (3:53 minutes).

2. This video (Workflow) demonstrates the workflow process (responder and approver) in CIS once a change request has been submitted by a subject coordinator in Subject Outlines (3:45 minutes).
