Basic Users' Guides

The downloadable basic users' guides (PDFs) do not replace the online documentation, but rather act as condensed versions pointing you to the detailed information within the documentation.

• CIS Admin: A Basic Users' Guide (PDF 517kB) (updated 17 August 2017): This guide is for faculty administrative staff who are responsible for editing data in CIS and troubleshooting issues for faculty users.
• Workflow: Basic Procedures Guide (PDF 556kB) (updated 3 August 2017): This guide is for faculty administrative staff who are responsible for responding to or approving change requests via the workflow (change request) system.
• Subject Outlines: A Basic Users' Guide (PDF 795kB) (updated 1 November 2017): This guide is for subject coordinators who are responsible for editing data in SO and producing subject outline PDFs via the system.
